Just A Thought

In my spare times doing my final project (skripsi  or undergraduate thesis), I have an idea to write about many fiction female chars I adore. The characters taken from many fantasy fiction version, such as video games, anime, tokusatsu, movie, etc. I also tell you about the reason why I adore them in my personal opinion and review. Here we goes, the number shows you my priority :D

1. Chris Lightfellow (Suikoden 3)

Chris was the Captain of Zexen Knights, she and her three subordinates led the army of Zexen due to protect Zexen territory. She became famous public figure in her own territory, everybody praised her though she didn’t like fame and idolizing she received just from serving her country. Although she  looked perfect with her important role, she had received many pressures from Zexen Council and she felt that the Council used her as tool. She forced to attack the Great Hollow in Grassland territory until she decided to  escape from Zexen and learned about Grassland culture that lead her to Water Rune.

Reason why I adore her ? 

Chris is the best female character I’ve ever seen, she is tough, powerfull with her skill as the captain and leader of Zexen. She still down to earth, although she is the descendant of Wyatt Lightfellow, the fellow Water Rune bearer. She place the justice of Zexen in her number one priority, makes her not interested in any love affection, although she has been teased by Nash and Hugo’s mother, Lucia. 

2. Haibara Ai/ Miyano Shiho (Meitantei Conan)

Haibara Ai was the fellow of Black Organization (BO) member, her code name was “Sherry” and her real name was “Miyano Shiho”. When she contributed as BO’s Researcher and Scientist, she developed ultimate secret drug called “APTX 4869” which had unknown effect. Due to avenge the death of her older sister, Miyano Akemi which caused by BO, she decided to drink the particular drug and escaped from BO. The drug shrank her into seventh years old girl. This incident brought her to Prof. Agasa and lead her to Shinichi Kudou or Edogawa Conan. After all, she decided to work together with Conan, developed the antidote of her own creation drug and pursuited for BO.

Reason why I adore her ? 

Haibara Ai looks smart, clever, always talk logically, sounds wise, and always looked mature although she is in her child body. Her idealism and logic are very interesting and makes her suitable for Conan (in different context, not romance one :D).  Despite the fact that she has scientist skill and knowledge to develop drugs, she also has great deduction whenever she involved in a case.

3. Makise Kurisu (Steins; Gate)

Kurisu was such a type of prodigy, smart, clever, bookworm, and science-freak. Her cleverness led her to make a leading innovation about time-leap phenomenon. She done thesis which described time leap theory and possibility to travel around time universe. In other words, she tried to change people mindset about time travelling and interposed chance related to time machine. Soon she met Okabe Rintarou which declared himself as “mad scientist”. Kurisu’s appearance made a lot of changes in Okabe’s deduction of time-machine. Though at the beginning both of them didn’t get along, but soon after they found secret report about time machine invention related to John Titor, they could work cooperatively to develop D-Mail (the mail that could change the past), and time-leap machine. 

Reason why I adore her ? 

Prodigy, cool, smart, a bit tsundere, she has a pride to be a scientist..:D

4. Luka Millfy (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger)

Born in poor condition, Luka spent her childhood as a vagrant. Her planet had conquered by Zangyack Empire and there was nothing left except ruins and poverty. She tried so hard to survive with many lost children, aided and supported them, she delivered many hopes about brighter future. Then, she decided to infiltrate the Zangyack Empire headquarter, when she incidentally met Marvelous and Joe. Luka decided to join them as Gokaiger third member and granted Gokai Yellow ranger key, along with mobirate.

Reason why I adore her ? 

Tomboyish, brave, fierce. Three words suitable to describe her :D

5. Saber/Arturia Pendragon (Fate Zero)

Arturia Pendragon (in Type Moon’s Fate series, King Arthur reimagined as a woman) was a woman raised to be the ‘king’ of Britain. She spent her childhood not as an ordinary girl and not related to female things, She raised as a warrior, never had fell in love, and lived with ‘king’ idealism which actually gave her heavy pressure. She had an ultimate sword called “Caliburn” and the scabbard, “Avalon”, made her one of the powerful servant in Hoy Grail war. Her fiend appreciated her reluctantly, and acknowledged her powerful Noble Phantasm, “Excalibur”. She tried her best to grant the Holy Grail in order to rewind her glory and avoid Britain failure. However, her idealism sounds very innocent in the view of other heroic spirits. 

Reason why I adore her ? 

Actually Saber was the leading role of female character in many Fate series, but I prefer Saber in Fate Zero version. In my opinion, Fate Zero describes her perfectly. No offense, I dislike her in Fate Stay Night due to her naked act in front of Shirou (it’s useless and the hell it’s just unimportant fanservice). Indeed, the original version of Saber in Fate Visual Novel series is a mess, I don’t know why Type Moon added many hentai scene and ruined Saber image, although it is the purpose of Visual Novel, “having relationship with woman character, get the happy ending”, but it is just unsuitable for her image. That’s why Fate Zero treat my dissapointment.
